For the second straight week, Miami is ranked No. 1 in all three major college hockey polls. The RedHawks swept Western Michigan, 4-1 and 2-1 last weekend.
Denver is now second in all three and Wisconsin is third.
-- Wisconsin moved into the second spot in the Inside College Hockey poll after sweeping North Dakota in Grand Forks.
The Badgers traded places with Denver, which split with Minnesota-Duluth. Cornell moved up into fourth, and St. Cloud State jumped to fifth.
-- Miami received 43 of 50 first-place votes in the U.S. College Hockey Online poll, up six from last week. Denver got six of the remaining seven and Wisconsin secured the other despite being swept.
The RedHawks' voting-points margin was trimmed from 46 to 43, 993-950. Wisconsin got 895 points.
North Dakota is fourth and St. Cloud State fifth.
-- Miami earned the same number of first place votes as last week (30 of 34).
Denver received the other four, and pulled to within 26 voting points of the RedHawks (506-480). Miami's points lead was 35 last week. Denver got 446 points.
St. Cloud State is ranked fourth and Cornell is No. 5.
