Good for Steve. Glad he got back into doing something he enjoys. How is your search going Trent?
goof for mr stewart. i have to admit i liked last year with brantley and thom better, but i didn't mind steve and from all accounts he was a good guy, so i'm glad he's got another gig.
and, yeah, speaking of people who need jobs... trent, have you considered running for president? as of today, i plan to write in ralph wiggum, but my vote could still change. there's only TEN FREAKING MONTHS until the election.
I'd also like to add my congrats to the Bad Boy. I agree, I like Thom and Brantley better, but Steve was good, and from what I hear a great person, so I'm glad he'll be working a job that he enjoys once again. Tough to beat Marty and Thom though.
Good for the Bad Boy. I've listened to Denny Matthews a few times while travelling. Sounds like Stewart will be in good hands.
I grew to like Steve over the few years he was here...not as much as Joe, but I did like him.
I might have to tune in a few Royals games on the XM over this summer.
Good for Steve! I never thought he was the best voice, but was always well-prepared on game day and seemed to be a great guy who at least in public handled everything from replacing Joe to his termination well.
IMHO Steve did a great job calling PBP.
He always let us know exactly what was happening on the field. I wish him nothing but the best of luck in KC.
